Stop Smoking Course

As an ex smoker I know how hard it can be to stop. But I never regret having stopped. Though even 20 years later I can still have moments when I fansy a cigarette. Very very infrequently but that is how much of a hold smoking can have on you, both physically and psychologically. But now the hold is such I can choose not to smoke in those moments and the urge soon passes.
I did the smoking course I offer, so I can vouch for it's effectiveness. I now also can combine it with mindfulness learning to make it even more effective and useful.
